Information about appointments

We are now moving to an online triage system. The new online form is simple and quick to use. This will mean that if you use to come into the practice to make an appointment or call us by phone, the benefits now, are that you can do this all online.

If you are unable to access our on-line forms or having difficulty describing your issue please call our admin team on 01252 703122.

We hope that patients who can access us digitally will do so, leaving our phone lines available for those patients who require more support.

We aim to process your online request within 1 working day. Please bear with us whilst we make this transition, we value your time and understanding

If you need help between 6.30pm and 8.00am Mon-Fri, weekends and bank holidays please go to www.111.nhs.uk or call 111.

Home Visits

Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10:00.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls
